Prashik Tayde
Prashik has completed MSW in Human Resource Management from Tirpude College of Social Work, Nagpur. Prashik has joined Koshish, Nagpur Unit in the year 2022. Currently, he is working as a Community Mobiliser. Prashik is looking for a better future of the children and youth of the homeless community. He also runs community education program. His hobbies are playing football and chess.
Nilesh Kamble
Nilesh is a post-graduate in Social Work in Mental Health from TISS, Mumbai. He has also completed Masters in Economics from S.P. College, Pune. He joined Koshish in 2017.
Nilesh anchoring community intervention program as well as institutional reintegration. He also part of various social audits done by the Koshish. He initiated democratic community library for community children. An avid reader of history and cultural heritage, he also likes to write, cook and travel to historical places. He believes that love and right efforts definitely make a difference.
Pravin Dilpak
Pravin joined Koshish in 2019 and is a Programme Coordinator. He has completed his Masters in Library Science. In the Beggars Home, Chembur he conducts case work, home visits, employee visits for the benefit of the clients. He takes sessions in my space as well as conducts games in Beggars Home. He also contributes in providing community interventions. Pravin enjoys cooking and watching movies.

Vidhi Golatkar
Vidhi Golatkar is a professional social worker and joined Koshish in April 2019. She works in the Beggars Home, female section to ensure that the clients reintegrate with their families and is also involved in several other programmes of Koshish. As a social worker, she is humbled and believes that together all of us can make a difference in this broken world. Vidhi enjoys cooking, gardening and playing the piano.
Anita Patil
Anita joined Koshish in 2022, She works as an administrative officer. She has a Bachelor's in Commerce. In her free time she enjoys listening music and playing on the carrom. She is also a keen reader and enjoys getting lost in the pages of a good book.
Jyoti Bansal
Jyoti, a TISS graduate in Mental Health, joined Koshish in the year 2022. Earlier, she worked as a fellow of the Hans Foundation and worked with persons with disabilities in rural and urban Meghalaya. She also worked as a development sector trainer.
She likes to collect stories from streets and works for reintegration and rehabilitation of people in institutions and on streets.
Jyoti has a special interest in community mental health and looking after stray animals.
